If you purchased directly from Pickleball-Paddles.com - Follow the Steps Below To Process Your Return:
Pickleball-Paddles.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase ship date to return your item in the same condition that it was received. Returned items will receive a full refund, less any original shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be completed.
If you return an item that has been used/worn, you will be refunded the purchase price, less 25% and any original shipping costs.
All returns received 30 days after purchase ship date will receive a store credit.

The fee for this service is $8.99 per label. The amount will be deducted from your refund. This system is for orders placed directly through Pickleball-Paddles.com only.

Return your item(s) by mail with the carrier of your choice to:

3. Packaging Your Return
To ensure a speedy refund, follow these guidelines when packaging your return item(s):

All items must be returned in their original condition. This means that items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (ie. smoke or pet hair).

Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.

If you are returning footwear or inline skates, please do not use the original manufacture box as the shipping box. Simply re-package the item the way they were sent to you in the original Pickleball-Paddles.com shipping box or similar. If the manufacture box is used as the shipping box, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
